The GW Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures (EALL) focuses on the teaching and research of the Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages and cultures. The department offers majors in Chinese and Japanese Language and Literature, minors in in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean Language and Literature and the MA program in Chinese Language and Culture.

Occasionally, the EALL department also hosts (and/or co-hosts with the NRC) events and lectures for topics related to East Asia. For more information on upcoming events, please redirect to the EALL website.
